Poor customer service
Although I really like the menu, the service is lacking at this location. I ordered takeout and when I returned home, one of the soup cups was missing. This is not the first time this has happened with an order from Panera. Main problem I have, especially with the Brentwood MO LOCATION IS THAT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I called repeatedly (and not at the busy meal time). The phone rings forever and then eventually goes dead. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
