I have been going back and forth with the manager Cindy in reference to her employee lying to get me to get a product. The rep. told me the device was FREE if I joined autopay.I was only required to pay the tax. I explained I had no need for the device so much so I didn't want to pay the 4.99 tax. The rep. said it's FREE I will pay the tax for you, and so he did. Low and behold last month (Oct) here comes maintenance fees, installment feed etc... for the device. I called and spoke with the manager Cindy who went on about a 30 day return policy. Mind you I had contacted a month before this and they told me I had to speak directly to the store to resolve the issue. Then came Cindy, who is going back and forth about policy. Does your policy speak on integrity at all. Your rep. lied to me to coerce me to get a device under false pretenses. She offered to return my monies I paid I reiterated the only money paid out was from your employee so technically this is his device and maybe you should bill him. I asked to elevate this to the district manager that didn't happen but the charges were removed from the Oct bill and Cindy informed me she would have a return kit sent to me. I never received it BUT guess what I did receive...yes those charges on my Nov bill so here I go again. Mind you to get the bill adjusted for Oct took several days of me calling ( after Cindy stated she would get back to me before my bill was due but she didn't) and several hours on the line. I'm not doing this every month with these people. I want the GM to be made aware and wait to see if his integrity is in place.
