They claim to have great customer service but once they lure you in the store and make all sorts of promises they don’t keep. They told me that they would pay off my previous phone I had with AT&T and 3 months later still have not done anything! This is a third party store and basically Sprint can’t or won’t do anything about what this store is doing. Crooks
