Sprint - Jersey City, New Jersey NJ 07310 - Newport Centre

Today I called the Sprint store located in Newport Center Mall, Jersey City, NJ to find out if they would be able to assist me with a sale of purchase that took place on May, 2018. I was trying to explaining this matter to the manager (Steven)whom picked up the phone that I may add he was very RUDE and CONDESCENDIND not even allowing the customer to explain the entire story in detail while talking with me the customer, that I had to raise my voice in order for the Manager (Steven) to even get a word in. At this point I was already upset and did not wish to speak with him, I asked him if I could speak with someone else in the store and he replied call back at 3pm. I 've been a Sprint customer since 2007-Present and NEVER had a problem nor situation like this EVER. So I decided to reach out to another Sprint location in Central Avenue, Jersey City were I spoke with Jay Allen whom was very nice and patient took the time to help me and resolve the matter without being a wise guy, and also explained to me if I had any more questions nor concerns please don't hesitate and give Sprint a call back .
