Sprint - Greensburg, Pennsylvania 15601 - Westmoreland Mall

I never take the time to write a review but this time...I cant help it. Best Sprint store I ever went to. I moved here from VA and have never had luck finding a store where they seem to know what they are doing. I've chatted online and tried calling in to the non-English speaking customer service and that was a waste of time. I live in Latrobe and didn't know there was a store in the mall so I went to the one by walmart. Boyyyyy was that the worst idea ever. I went in to find out why my bill went up and waited 10 minutes just for someone to tell me that someone will be with me shortly. Waited 5 more minutes as I watched them take a customer that walked in after me soooo I left reallly pissed off. Must have been my lucky day because I stopped at the mall to get my watch fixed and get something to eat. While I was waiting in line at the food court I noticed a guy in front of me with a Sprint logo on his shirt. I asked him if he worked at the store by walmart because I wanted to make a complaint. He answered and said "No Sir, I am with the Westmoreland Mall Sprint Store." I was like.....what? are you kidding me I passed you on the way to the other store. Maybe you guys can help me. The man then said "walk with me and I'll take you down to our location and take care of whatever concerns you need assistance with" . I was floored at how polite this guy was. Taking time on his lunch break to try and help me. Once we go to the store he pulled up my account looked at my bill and then told me to hold tight while he looks for special offers. He then told me the reason my bill went up is because my promo period expired. I was like...I have know idea what you mean didn't know it was a limited time thing. He then told me not to worry because the plan he just set up for me would be $5-$10 less than what I paid before. I was like....OMG!!! Thank you Sprint for hiring a awesome employee for a change. He listened, He cared, and saved me money. Cant ask for more than that. Thanks to James and the Sprint store at Westmoreland Mall! You guys Rock!
