Owner lied to get me to buy
I like their stuff, but I bought an outfit, and couldn’t try it on, the lady promised me I could exchange if they didn’t fit. I took them back a couple weeks later and they wouldn’t exchange my stuff... it’s cool it’s only $40, but I’ll never spend my hard earned money with a place with such a horrible return policy and discard of basic customer service.

My wife bought me a jogging suit red in color however the top was excellent but the pants were extra large for Christmas. The jogging suit was a pretty red when she took it back they had no red so she to traded it after 4 a gray one I am satisfied, and will be going back for the red one when in stock..
The dumbest sales approach in the history of mankind
Grabbed a few things i knew would probably fit, a couple may not have, but i have experience with cheap thin materials. Especially The "made in China" crap. The sizes aaaallllways vary. Just gotta try em on. After finding several things to try on (was looking for my upcoming birthday), i went to the Asian lady behind the desk amd asked to use the changing room and she flatly and frankly said "those juniors. Not women's. Too small." I'm a size 10. I was so stunned i didn't even argue, i just placed my collection of clothes on her counter for her to put away and walked out.
I won't go back. Fuck her. That was the shitiest thing i think I've ever been told while shopping. I probably would've spent at least $50. Smdh.
Taking advantage of a young kid
I will never shop there I don't appreciate the store making my daughter pay for a dress that already had water damage on it before she even tried it on and they knew it.I went to the store same day they were very rude and I have contacted them several times with the number on receipt since the other number is disconnected.
