The lady working the counter is very rude and judgmental. Told my friend in front of his daughter that she shouldn't be asking her dad questions because 'only women can be witches, because magic is feminine' and to direct any questions to her. She also said "unless you are gay", so yeah she added a layer of bigotry to her already sexist comments.
