Great retail customer service still exists!
Today I visited the Cary Towne Spencers with my daughter and had a great shopping experience thanks to Alaina and Zayne! Alaina greeted us warmly when we entered the store and let us know about a couple of BOGO deals (t-shirts and jewelry). We were there because my daughter was looking for jewelry but I browsed the t-shirts as well. We waited a few minutes until Zayne and Alaina finished helping some customers and then Alaina got the jewelry that my daughter wanted and Zayne checked us out. During our checkout Zayne let us know about the loyalty program (which we joined). Both ladies were kind, gracious, friendly and funny - I honestly left feeling absolutely great about the customer service we received today!
