Spencers salesperson promised me I could use a credit (to pocket the cash)once I received the credit slip. When i receive the credit slip for my solar water heater purchase and install the manager accused me of making up the “story.” He actually said his salesman “would never have said that.” That was the store manager accusing me of a lie! I never shopped at Spencers TV again. For decades I have convinced fam and friends not to go there.
