Messy/unorganized
I went to receive a online order that had been ready for pick up for 2 days. When I entered there were box’s and product all over the floor assuming they were doing work for store on hours costumers are coming in. I then had to wait 25+ minutes as they tried to figure out how to do my order which was not ready for pick up as they said. This was frustrating as I thought it would be quick to pick up a order that’s supposed to be ready.
