The manager is extremely rude, I've never been treated with so much disrespect in a store in my life. Now I understand what other people have been talking about. He doesn't need to be working in customer service. Not only is he creepy and makes inappropriate comments while women are looking at lingerie, he apparently doesn't know how to treat customers and trains his employees to be rude as well. The lady that checked me out was very nice, she had short red and black hair, the old man manager was incredibly rude, and the lady on the other register was rude as well. She was wearing a beanie with long hair. The lady who greeted me at the door was also kind. She had short hair. I won't be returning to Spencer's as long as that man is working there. The lady who checked me out deserves to be promoted. I think someone with more positivity should be running the store to make people feel more welcome. I am very disappointed.

If your store in lame enough to go against people’s rite. Then you need to correct the sign that says must wear a mask. Does not say how or where to wear a mask. The lil old guy needs to watch how he talks to people.
