Rude Store Manager
This store is disgusting. During my most recent visit to this store, I was appalled by the treatment that I got from one of the workers. Poor customer service! Candace or whatever her name was, was very rude "helping" me find a t-shirt I was looking for. Didn't know any of the artists brought up and then in frustration she tells me that I probably couldn't afford the shirts anyway! And then I find out she's the manager! Spencer's, do better!
GET YOUR CARD CHIP FIXED
I come in there with a debit card, and they can’t allow my card so they can only take cash which I didn’t have much of, my card only allows chip, and they had none that could take chip, so I couldn’t get all the items needed which got me alittle mad, cashier tried swiping it after I said you can’t swipe it?? Other than that they seemed nice...
