Will not refund bad work
Lied about how he was able to print picture on a shirt. We wanted a special shirt with a bear and some writing not complex at all but the outcome did not look anything like the picture and he refused a refund because he said he explained that it wasn’t going to look like picture when in fact he stated “Yes I can do that, no problem” and charged over a $100 for 4 shirts. He denied all responsibility and these were a special gift for Christmas!! I am very unhappy with how he blamed the customer for his bad work! I wasn’t expecting a perfect job but the shirts are just trash now.
