Great store with good customer service

Visited this store on July 19, 2018 with my daughter. She found a shirt she liked and according to all the signage around the youth shirts it should have been 16.99. The shirt rang up 24.99 and I questioned the clerk. She proceeded to say that tie dyed shirts were excluded but there were no signs to indicate this and also stated that. She told me it was on the shirt itself. I began looking and found nothing, except for a tiny price tag. I told her she needed to hang a sign up for other customers that it was false advertisement. She became very rude and angry and told me tobleave the store or she was going to call security. I told her I would leave and never return, but she needed to put a sign about the shirts. She then placed her hands on me and shoved me. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased a shirt for Christmas on 12/19/17 worn “once” on Christmas Day it had this powdery stuff on it and it was everywhere in my car! So I washed it thinking the powder would come off and everything would be fine. Nope! Not the case instead it made the shirt see through! Worse than it already was! Love the design, love the brand but I was very unhappy about what had happened. That being said I livein conway,so today 01/25/18 I had a chance to go by and exchange it, I had my receipt and everything! I was completely honest with the lady whom claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak to the manager; she called me a liar and was absolutely rude and was literally arguing with me! I had my receipt and clearly on the receipt it reads “no refund exchange only” so when I seen this was going nowhere and she kept arguing with me I left. Very pissed off! One customer lost! And I hope others read this before buying anything from Southern Connections at Tanger Outlet in Myrtle Beach Sc!!!
