Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a pair of hiking boots. The sales woman told us that they weren't available in brown so I decided to purchase the black as she could have them in within the week. She told me I would receive a call within 3 days. I checked back 5 days later & was told that they would be in within the week. I checked back today & was told they were NEVER ORDERED. I told her this is unacceptable & she replied that next time she wouldn't be so forthright.
