Soma Intimates - Huntsville, Alabama 35806 - Bridge Street Town Centre

I would like to comment on the utter lack of respect for customers in the Huntsville store. I don't know who is in charge of hiring and training,  but there are definitely some gaps and opportunities for improvement.   I arrived at the store shortly after 1000 this morning and the door was locked.  I could see the clerk inside putting up display signs. She saw me too but chose to ignore me. When she opened the door at 5 minutes after 10, with me standing right there, she didnt say "good morning",  she didnt say "sorry we're running a bit late", no. In fact the first (and only) words out of her mouth as she looked at the soma package in my hand were; "you will have to wait if you have a return, the register is not ready yet." I approached the register where the second clerk told me that she wasn't done yet with counting.  I had some items that I had ordered online. I wanted to try them in a smaller size, and possibly exchange or keep, depending on how the smaller size would have fit, but at that point  I just returned all items. And I told her so, but still no apologies... I expect to be treated like a customer,  ie the mission of your business,  and the reason your employees have a job. Soma has great peoducts but without customer service, I will shop elsewhere.  Respectfully,  A former customer
