Would give less than zero stars if an option. Might be a fine place to do coin laundry, but don't be fooled into dry cleaning as a service! We have a professional household with lots of dry cleaning experience. This place is the WORST. I have never minded paying for a professional service, but Vick and the service he provides is anything but professional. I wouldn't let him dry-clean my dog's bed if it were free! Due to COVID our regular (and normal) cleaners was not open so we were forced to try a new place. Received my load of clothes back and every item looked like it had been run over by a truck. No where to go and not working at an office so I just was disappointed and put the clothes in the closet and moved on. Pulled summer items out for Thanksgiving in FL and was shocked to find a large hole in the front bottom of my linen/cotton maxi dress - not even one year old and over $120. Stopped in to speak to Vick about how to move forward and he actually accused me of re-attaching the dry cleaners tag in the wrong place and said he's been in business for years and never made a mistake. He could couldn't get past the fact that the tag was in the waist seam of the maxi vs the label. First problem Vick, no one is perfect. I refuse to believe you've never made a mistake. Secondly, no cleaners would accept an item with a huge hole in the front of it in the first place. Cleaners inspect items way more than customers receiving items back. And, let's get real, how many people actually have those department store tags and gun and attach tags to their clothes!?! What a total loser! It's 2020 and it's COVID there is no way a bad business should be able to stay in business and I'll be sure the BBB knows about this.
