DO NOT GO HERE! BUYER BEWARE! I so should have read the reviews online bc every single one was RIGHT. I drove around the prkg lot 5x trying to find parking on the Nordstrom side. I arrived for my 530 appt at 535 and tried to check in at which point the 2 clerks at the front told me sorry it's 536 and we have a strict 5 minute policy and your appt is now canceled and forfeit....W.T.F.?!? I could feel my blood start to boil as they proceeded to go on and on about their policy and how I signed it, etc. I was in such shock over being treated so poorly and dismissed in such a way! I prepaid for my facials and they are telling me they are acting as if the facial was done bc I was 6 mins late and I lose my facial and $$. In the time it took them to blather on about their policy one of them could have taken me back and checked me in after, but NO. They then told me the nurse could take me at 615 so that I wouldn't HAVE TO forfeit my PREPAID f'ing facial but that's the best they could do. REALLY? BEST YOU COULD DO?? I have NEVER been treated so poorly. This place deserves -5 stars. I will NOT be returning to this place. They do not care and it shows. I will be taking my business elsewhere and so should YOU if you're reading this.
