My wife and I went to sketchers to find a pair of sketchers with velcro straps as i have trouble tying my shoes. We were greeted by store manager (Jasil) and she was so friendly and helpful . I told her what I was looking for and she informed me they didn't carry them at the store. She then wrote on a paper the name of the shoe (after burn) and where to order them online. I now have a pair and i love them. Thank you Jasil for going above and beyond to help me!! Charles Witte
