Moved back to fairfield nd had them fix my nose piece when it was time to get new glasses i came here the doctors are very nice bt Nora nd Daniel have to be the worst part after paying $650 the 1st doc over did my prescription had to have a recheck lady doc was awesome bt Daniel ruined it after I told him the left was not correct he became irritated getting disrespectful. As my video I will be sending in u can hear him getting upset i explained im done with this location I want my money back if they can't fix it i was never able to wear the glasses (come to find out doc miswrote it) instead of asking doc he became upset where the manager Nora had to keep telling him to stop nd leave the area. I told her im done today ill b back tomorrow for a refund when daniel threw the policy paper at me and said sorry no refunds. I said ok I will b reporting this to my cc nd corporate. I left i called back to get ahold of manger when I found out nora was the manager. Uhhhh!!!! She begged me to come in to do refund after I explained to her california consumer rights. In which I did since she said she would not be there tomorrow. When I came in everything was ok daniel was in glass cage. When she 1st told me we will refund all bt u owe exam ok whatever... so i would have to pay 70 for exam again when refund whole 650.. ok ... nope she tried to have me sign a new agreement with 6 months payment for 580... i asked since nowhere on paper says refund if she could write it. Daniel started yelling thru the glass nd ended up coming out in lobby to continue to be hostile. I had to tell him several times to get his hand out of my face nd that I was not dealing with him anymore only the manager nora could not even control him. Kept saying how much money they are losing. I explained u wouldn't b losing any if u would have just fixed them nd not got nasty with me thats when he started yelling Jesus which idk what he has to do with anything... i have to call cc tomorrow to see what they did. Absolutely ridiculous and no customer service at all.if the video wasn't 20mins long i would post it bt just becareful... scamers Another thing so I paid for the exam bt was told i could not have it because they would have no proof i was there ... what does that mean so why did I pay for a exam have to leave work early to come vack for a second one deal with all this bs nd still have nothing...
