The worst experience buying a perfume. The sellers don’t give u the right information about the originals or version perfume. The buy one and get the other 50% off it’s not true. They give u the discount that they want. The personal it’s so rude they don’t want to assist you. Don’t come to here it was the worst experience I ever had in a store.

I went for the first time to this store on Sunday 11/3/2019. When I first walked on the sales associate was very friendly and seemed informed about the products she was showing me. Although none of the products she gave as testers were any brand I had ever heard. As a matter of fact any brand that is not bootleg, or sold online for a fraction of the price didn't even have a tester. I am not big into perfumes and I'm not very familiar with brands and prices. To be honest I went into this store blindly hoping the customer sales reps would help. They helped, helped themselves to over charging me. they charged me $65 for a no name "oil based long lasting" perfume. After I left i had an uneasy feeling about the purchase. I searched the brand online and to my shock you can buy the perfume anywhere online for as low as $15 but doesn't go for more that $25. When I went back to speak to the lady who sold me the perfume, the "manager" who was sitting in a corner behind a display eating her lunch began to talk loudly across the store that I shouldn't trust what I see online. When I showed her the ads were from Walmart.com, Sears.com and other reputable stores, she became even more aggressive speaking over me, rolling her eyes when I asked to get a word in, and basically just trying to push me into keeping the overpriced bottle I had already purchased. Eventually she blamed it on corporate putting the price. This same manager asked me what perfumes I normally use, I told her honestly I usually buy body splashed from Victoria Secret and Bath & Body Works. In a very condescending way the "manager" says "Oh, she wears body splashes". As if though the fact that I buy body splashes takes away from the fact they tried to scam me with an outrageously overpriced bottle of perfume. I was offered an exchange (no refunds) when I asked which perfumes of brands that I was familiar with were in the $65 price range, I was told buy the sales associate and the manager they were not sure. Basically the same 2 women who were vehemently trying to get me to keep the overpriced bottle of perfume because apparently they know so much more about these products than I do, did not know which bottles were within my price range. Like the manager said, do your research before coming to the store if you don't know anything about perfumes. The only way they will help you is by convincing you that some no name brand bootleg perfume is worth the $80 even though you can purchase it online for a quarter of the price. Don't say I didn't warn ya! I filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to post my experience anywhere so that another person doesn't fall victim to this scam. You guys should be ashamed of your grimy means of making a living.
