SHOE DEPT. ENCORE - Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701 - Oakwood Mall

I went there with my family to pick out shoes for back to school, My son found a couple of options on shoes and on our way out the isle we saw a pair of shoes that were CLEARLY marked with an orange sticker for $10 dollars and i even asked the guy who worked there that these were for sure that price and he said yes. We were so excited and headed to the check out where and Older woman who was rude from the start helped us, the shoes rang up for $20 some dollars and i was like No theres a sticker on the box that said $10 she sat there arguing with me and i even told her i asked anther employee and they said yes and he even said yes. She asked where i found the shoes so i told her where i found them. SHe went down the isle found the shoes and proceeed to put a TOTALLY Different pair of shoes in the box then told me no the shoes we picked were not on sale. SHe brought me back a totally differnt pair of shoes and size. SHES A LIAR AND SHE WAS RUDE!!!! She sat there and argued with me when i called her out on what she did, and continued to yell at me in the middle of the store in front of my kids and husband and other customers. I sure hope this issue gets adressed because this was terrible customer service, and i have shared this with my many friends and family and told them to share it, so no one goes to this store~~~ Terrible customer service and if there is a sticker clearly marked on the box you are supposed to HONOR that price!!!!!!
