Poor management
The manager of the Shoe City is either uninformed or inept.
The fact that I am a US Veteran and it is indicated on my State issued Drivers license was not acceptable to her.
She didn't provide her name, but said "military Id" to the employee and walked away.
She really needs better training and better respect for Veterans .
She gives the company a bad image.
