Scammers-Shatter & case
They act like they are going to custom fit your phone & give you a awesome shatterproof case.I ordered a case for my Zfold on Jan 5th & paid over 50 dollars.I had to text the owner son multiple times & finally got the case on Feb 25.Within two weeks a part kept falling off leaving my phone vulnerable.They acted like my case was good for at least a year & I had an warranty but didn't honor that and tried to suggest I buy a more expensive one. Scam

They won’t give you any type of insurance after you pay them for their service. They speak a different language while you ask about prices . Terrible busniess i would stay away from walking up to any of the 3 KIOSKS 1 upstairs 2 downstairs all crooks

Do no go to, they replaced my screen with theirs. Now my phone glitches. Never again. They refuse to fix or refund.

On 7/10/22 I went to Shatter and Case Inc.in the Staten Island Mall to replace the screen on my Iphone 8 plus;besides that the phone worked fine.After the replaced screen($80)my phone was never the same;glitching and moving all over the screen,calling people,opening and closing photos and apps.I had no control over the phone.THEY CHANGE PRICES ON YOU!THEY BROKE MY PHONE AND REFUSED TO FIX IT!
