Selective skin care in Arrowhead Mall is a scam. They sold me product for $6004.00. Receipt states refund or exchanges within 30days.. chanelle salesperson told she would refund me the money if I did not like the product. I returned it on the 28th day. Now they have the product and my $6000.00. They are a bunch of crooks. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM SELECTIVE SKIN CARE!

The Merchant that sells this product at Town Center and Rachels Best Soaps in Scottsdale have a scam going on. They tell you that they are going to give the product for one price and then you sign something that looks like a receipt with that price but they actually charge your credit card a different price and because they have your signature they put it on that receipt with your credit card number.

So, I happened to be looking for a new skin care line and stopped when offered a sample. I ended up succumbing to high pressure sales and paying way more for a skin care regimen that I ever dreamed (though much less than listed on the site as they gave a "discount" when they saw I wouldn't pay full price). I was told a line of the products I purchased, the Green tea cleanser, toner, moisturizer, night moisturizer, and body lotion would last a YEAR. Bad on me, and I should have known. They have lasted about three months and I have used as instructed. I purchased the eye syringe and told that would last a year, using once a week, it is about out. I also purchased the cell renewal exfoliant and told that would last a year, it's half way gone, and use it as instructed once a week. The other big one was the Desert Grape Thermal Mask, Serum, and Moisturizer. I was told this would last FIVE YEARS. The mask is half way used and the serum is now GONE!!! This line alone is listed at $3k! For all of this, I spent around $900. More that I have ever spent on products in my life and stupid me, believed the hype and the sales person telling me the amount of time these products would last. They NEVER mentioned that there is NO REFUNDS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I saw that on the receipt once I got home and my husband nearly fainted when I confessed what I was suckered into. On top of that, One of the products boxed up was the wrong one!! I had to text the reps and they were very nice and said to come back to the mall and get the right one and keep the "extra" (previously opened mind you) moisturizer. They couldn't just mail it to me and I had to drive back, a half an hour away. I did so and then was offered to go to their Scottsdale office for a "free facial". And that if I really wanted to "experience the benefits of the facial line I purchased I would get the best results by purchasing this LED mask" Listed at $4k, but I could get it for $1k!!! I told the rep that I have no more money to spend, though the products feel nice, I have buyers remorse. Stupidest thing I've ever spent money on. There are other high quality skin care products at a fraction of the cost. Don't be stupid like me, you're going to have a slimmer wallet, not enough product, the results WILL NOT BE what they show you there (so I don't know what is up with that), and you CAN NOT GET A REFUND NO MATTER WHAT. Look at the BBB complaints. I found out that I am not the only one....
