Sears - Portage, Michigan 49024 - The Crossroads Mall

I'd like to let everyone know that as far as customer service goes this store get the A++ rating! I had the pleasure to work with 3 outstanding employees at this location today: Joel Solomon- Lead Sales, Betty Davis- Store Manager, and Gaylen- Back Room Associate. Joel is their lead sales rep and was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to really listen to what it was I was looking for and was able to direct me to the possibilities that were available in store that day. He even checked the stock in the back room to see if there were more options that might suit my needs after their last delivery was made a few days ago. He was so helpful and worked really well with Galen the stock manager to make sure all options were available for me to view before making my decisions. Galen was making sure the items we were directed to were within my price ranges. Betty the store manager was so genuine and greeted everyone who entered the store with a sincere welcome. She also assisted with my questions after taking the time to come over and see if we were finding everything I was looking for. Of course I found exactly what I was looking for with their help and it was no small purchase! Betty and Joel were having fun at the register while getting me checked out. Galen wanted to assist with bringing the goods out to my car. Honestly, I've been in customer service for over 20 years and have never had such a great experience in a retail store in my life!
