Seaport Island Fashion - San Diego, California 92101 - Seaport Village

Thought this would be a wonderful stop on my vaca, so I decided to venture into one. First regret right there. I happened into a little boutique called Island Fashion and began looking around. Well this experience was horrible. Someone please force this woman to attend a severe crash course in cust. serv., but also a course on etiquette and attitude, and possibly even some anger management. She was rude and annoyed by the mere presence of a customer. Only certain types of individuals have the personality, skill, and shine that is required in ensuring the customers have a wonderful experience, maybe it's just not her scene, either way, my experience was regretful and I left the store feeling something that I as a strong and confident person have not felt in a long time, judged and belittled. Your store may have the best quality of merchandise there is to offer, but you won't profit a dime if the quality of the individual selling it does not appreciate the quality of EVERY customer.
