She was accompanied by another equally ignorant person. We ordered two slices. She took the last two slices of what we ordered and placed them in the oven for a warm up. Suddenly within 15 to 20 seconds this couple came and ordered the very same thing, your store manager (Claudia) served them two fresh slices, another person showed up and the same thing happened. We stood there waiting and appalled by it all. I asked her if it were possible for us to get some fresh slices like her acquaintance and guess. She gestured annoyed at her acquaintance opened the oven threw out the slices we were waiting for in a hostile manner and said casually "girl is Monday" eye roll. I was stunned by her demeanor and ignorant hostility. I asked her if we had bothered her. She ignored me, se o I asked again and she teenage like opened her arms and with a smirk and eye roll said with annoyance "noo". She opened the oven and even though the others were served the fresh slices and were ready to pay, proceeded to place our fresh slices in the oven to make us wait again. Mind that we were there before anyone else placed the same order as we did. Cheese slices! I asked for the manager and with a smirk and mockery said: I am the "store manager" Her acquaintance skipped in front of us as and were serve drinks, apparently she did have time for the nonsense. The store manager and th as t guest continued to mock us. I told her I was appalled at her behavior more as o after she claimed to be your store's manager . We decided to leave your troubled business and hostile manager; of course as we left the loud mockery between your store manager and acquaintance was truly an embarrassment for your business. I figured you'd use the feed back. Clearly your store needs to be retrained entirely.
