LOST OUR TRUST. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT ALL THE DIAMONDS WITH A JEWELER'S MAGNIFYING GLASS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. THEY ARE MOSTLY CRACKED AND/OR HAVE IMPURITIES .

Terrible customer service, I have bought lots of jewelry from multiple stores. The customer service here is terrible l would not recommend this store to anyone.... over priced and cheap quality. I should have known that when I seen they had a no refund policy, any reputable jewelry store would offer something considering l had the necklace for 2 days and it snapped in half.

This store deserves no stars. My family came from Columbia, SC to say a final good-bye to my mother and their grandmother. My nephew went to this store to get a valuable piece of jewelry cleaned while he waited and when he finished a transaction with him they told him “ we gave it to someone else”. Manager claims they didn’t know the code to pull footage on the cameras. Seriously???? This is an inside job. Shame on you. I will make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to patronage this store.

I hope the Manager of the store is reading this. Aashi, who works in the store, helped me in shopping for two rings. For one of the ring, she told me they provide financing at 0% interest. I asked her to initiate the process and got my ring. Now, after a month, when I received my first payment, it shows 9.9% interest, which is not good. When I am trying to call them to help me fix this, she is not picking up phone or not helping me to get it corrected. I am disappointed how the customers are being treated here. Not very happy... If she had told me that there is some interest charged, I would have decided differently. I hope this does not happen with others, hence leaving my feedback here.

Worst customer service. They will not give you warranty on the diamond! Never recommend to go there.
