San Francisco Giants DugOut - San Mateo, California 94403 - Hillsdale Shopping Center

Today I went to this store in Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo around 10:30 this morning. The 2 guys working were standing behind the register watching a football game together the whole time. They never greeted my daughter and I when we entered the store. They never asked us if we need any help while we were looking around the entire store for 10 minutes. When we went to check out I asked for 2 separate transactions, because I was buying one gift, and my daughter was buying the other, for 2 different people. I was given a free set of baseball cards for 1 transaction but the employee refused to give my daughter a set for the second transaction. He was a smart a_ _ and said I know you are buying it, not your daughter so no you can't have a free baseball card set for the second transaction because I know it is you buying it. No crap... My daughter doesn't work at 11 years old. Of course it is my money, but she is still a HUMAN BEING and deserves to be treated like any other customer that goes to Fanatics in Hillsdale to buy a gift. This was the worst customer service experience ever. Buy online and don't bother going to this store. I will be reaching out to corporate headquarters as well.
