First Impression
I was on vacation and visited the store on Fri, 5/3/19, unfortunately the customer service was terrible. However, there was 1 salesperson, a young lady who was fantastic and made me feel so welcome. I think the rest of the sales team should follow her example of exceptional Customer service. I went just down the block to Louis Vuitton and every salesperson in the store was friendly and provided top notch Customer service. I think they understand that anyone who walks into the store is a potential sale.
