The Steubenville store is horrible! I have never been so disrespected. BRING BACK THE WEIRTON STORE! i have noticed that there is a new manager there... i see her there all the time and SHE IS HORRIFYING i asked her questions about my hair and she didnt want to hear it . The next time she had no idea about anything.. you guys should really train your girls better! She could of burnt my hair off.. i really miss the old person in charge working there... seems shes been gone a few months.. she made my hair feel amazing. I dont know who this new person is but, she sucks! Id really look into her... shes down right rude!!!!
