Rude clerks
I have been shopping at Sally Beauty for over 10 years with great experiences. As of lately the clerk's are very rude when you want to return an item. They look at you with suspicious eyes. In addition charging 15 cents for a bag without telling you prior is just bad business. Will be looking for a different place to shop.
