In the last 4 days my card was declined even though I had over $4k left in credit. Was transferred to the Fraud Dept. Since the conversation was taking place from the SFA phone the salesperson put it on speaker so I had no privacy and all the other buyers in line were listening to the whole conversation. It took 3 separate fraud people to figure out how to handle this situation and 37 minutes to finally allow the charge without an apology.
