I bought a wallet less than a week ago and decided against keeping it once I looked at it at home with my other handbags/accessories. I went back to return it unused, with all of the documentation and was shocked to be told that the company policy is to only allow exchanges or in-store credit within 30 days. When I told the assistant manager of the store (who could not care less about my dissatisfaction) that their online store and department stores that sell their merchandise allow returns all that she kept replying with was: “that’s our company policy.” Well, as a customer, that is an awful policy and I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from their fashion house again. I would much rather buy items from retailers who care about customer satisfaction (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc.). Big mistake. Huge.
