I was approached by Erickson at the Mall and he was so nice and funny! Very informative about the product he was showing to me! He couldn't of been more helpful and sweet best experience i had for any hair products :)

We stopped to exchange a product didn’t work properly because it supposed to have a lifetime warranty and we are very disappointed! But the “manager “ Yerli, gave us many excuses and instead pushed us to expended more than $400 with her bad fairy tales, saying we have to pay for the warranty, inclusive made promises she didn’t fulfilled and when you claimed she’s very rude. The products are very expensive and overpriced and they don’t take return

I have purchased in past felt was overpriced the product purchased does still work ,not quality promised. a year later fall in to sales girl pich about new products.stay to listen and be shown product. Sales girl was really pushy very persistent.debated on purchase but I knew last product was not what hoped for also price was HIGH. Told her would not be purchasing was treated rude and insulted told to give a tip for wasting her time.never go again

The worker Kim was way too close in personal space without her mask on. She grabbed my hair without permission and started straightening one strand and then curled half of my bangs. She was too persistent on a sale that wasn’t going to go through and wouldn’t let me or my friend walk away after four attempts. She would offer way too many deals even after repeatedly telling her no.
