They pressure you to buy their products even when you keep saying no. They never explained about no returns or refunds!!! They have 3 people to manipulate ! They worked hard at it. So I am warning you , don’t go inside the store. Or you will be SCAMMED for thousands of dollars, you end up in debt. Beware of this Royal Bee at Arrowhead Town Center.

The best girl. Made me feel young again. If I had the time I would enter the spa and it looks incredible. Prices are high, but you do get what you're paying for. I'm so happy I met her she made me smile after the WORST day. And oh she can sale. She's good. So when you go ONLY BUY FROM ZOEY AT ARROWHEAD! Tell her jocie sent y'all!

I been using the facial peel for a month and see very good results on my face. Would recommend that product to everyone my age, I’m 42 with mixed skin.

This place is high pressure with poor products. I was willing to go along with the sales. They use all the tricks. They are expensive. I should have bargained more. The products are not good. They use the trick of mirrors. I bought a colagen to go under the eyes and after it dries it gets all crusty. It works immediately but does not last as they promised. I haven't tried the peel as of yet. Would avoid as def not worth the price.

My wife sat down to try a “complimentary face mask” and were considering buying the product but then we were told it was $8,000 we decided not to do it the price was then dropped to $6,000 plus 5 years worth of product. We ultimately said no but they told us we had to buy it because the red light device was registered to our name and could not give us a refund. We refused to sign the receipt. They then said they could send us a check to reimburse us for the $6,000 but we had to sign the receipt. We did not give in and walked out without any product and called out credit card company. They tried to force us into a $8,000 purchase we did not want. Beware of these guys.
