They had a console on sale had to go to sawnee to pick it up 2 hour drive....said they will del it cost 50.00 ok did that I had to take off a whole day to delivery it.
Well hour late on del that night after 7 pm ...Driver rude act like it was my fault so that took off truck I could see box all beat up .so it inboxed it .Driver tried to hide damage told him put back on truck ,he said he could not do that...and they would take care it top corner had been hit hard ,door sprung and after they left I found middle drawer was pulled apart....all it was made was cheap pressboard all ...and made in mexica......paid over 500.00 for it.
Stayed on phone with customer service for hours she said finally they knock off 48.00 if I would sign papers!!!????
