Owner posted up to 50% trade in values on his facebook page. Well that is only if you want to trade for crappy old games. Otherwise is 25% cash (tries to say its 30% but he rounds everything down) the same for graded cards brought in a lot and his pricing were not anywhere close to comps. If he wants to play with the big boys he needs to have big boy money not pennies.

The owner is just plan gross, he is always hitting on my Gf even right in front of me. Go see the better arcade and gaming store just up the hall for a better deal and a pleasant experience

My son went to trade in a charizard v the owner offered $50.00 for it. While in there we were told that there was another store that gave better deals just up the hall, we found that this card is over $200.00. So glad we waited to sell it, my son got a lot more out of it and learned that not all stores are created equal, and that some store owners (Wes) will take advantage of kids and people instead of educating them.

Over priced scammed on fake figures. And bootleg games that he claims are real

RLA games sells fake figures at a low price to reel you in. His controllers are also off ram controllers so yet still work with the Xbox 360 or one or PS3 or 4 but they end up dying after a couple months.

Bought a rock band guitar, worked great, but then I found a different guitar with the game I wanted at some other store, so I thought I would screw over RLA and pretend it was broken I could get my money back.

You never see places like these anymore! I travel around to different malls and it is really nice to see this place here!

Great place to shop. Guy at the counter was personable. He stated that he just wants to see the community thrive. I respect that.

I’ve never had a bad experience coming in here. The prices are also fair, I’m a cosplayer that attends conventions all the time, you’ll never see the same products priced this low at a con, the prices at conventions are double or even triple the cost at this store. The owner is really nice as well, has great friendly employees, and really works hard and takes pride in what he does.

Guy at the counter treated us terribly

Unfortunately the owner gave me really bad vibes from the couple conversations I had with him. I felt like he was trying to make a quick buck with his pride stickers instead of being an actual ally and seems to treat young beautiful women better than anyone else.

This place is a joke overpriced

Incredible store and an even more amazing owner! This is an amazing place and one of the few places we can still take our kids and have fun without breaking the bank!!! The owner is just the best!
