Horrendous Experience, Damaged My Dress
She snagged the satin on my dress and did not alter the top like we discussed and like she pinned. She made the decision without talking to me because of where she thought the deep V should be, which was 1.5 inches lower than what I wanted (the top was big.) She refused to refund me. Took it to Men’s Wearhouse and was told the snags were the fault of the other business not caring for the fabric properly. I was refused a refund.
