Regis Signature Salon & Spa - Wellington, Florida 33414 - The Mall at Wellington Green

Needed to go to urgent care for medical help after going to this salon for hair coloring !! Worst staff ever and the manager sets the tone ! Jennifer the manager is rude and hardly there and doesn’t care !!

Shocking? Ended up needing medical care and never got color asked for ! When i arrived, no one was at the counter and finally someone who was out in the mall on her cell phone came back to the salon to offer help. I came for coloring and my previous stylist provided the color combo to me and the stylist. On top of provide the color scheme I shared photos of my previous coloring showing what I wanted and shared that my biggest concern was the “red ish brown color many men get when trying to cover gray ...when done, that’s exactly what happened ! I came back a few days later to get it fixed and didn’t understand why this happened if the previous color scheme was applied ...stylist hurried the mixing and applied to my head and soon as she did, the burning was surprising as this didn’t happen first time ...then she put me under a heat lamp ...after this was complete I went home and soon noticed it’s worse than the first time !! BUT it gets worse ! After couple hours my scalp is pulsating and hurting badly ..I can feel and see little bumps and open small wounds . Then I feel my hair harden in certain areas and realize it’s from fluid oozing from my scalp from the open wounds!! The pain continues , can’t work can’t sleep ..I go to Doctor who says I have bad chemical burns !! Gives me steroidal shampoo says to use 2/3 times a day !! I call the manager complaining and learn that this salon doesn’t even have the color combos I requested!! Why didn’t the stylist tell me this ?? She instead just used the colors avail at the salon but leading me to believe she used what I asked for! This was a horrible experience at Regis salon in the Wellington mall...!
