Deceptive And Not Worth It
The same shoe cleaner can be bought online for less than half the price, so anyone should avoid buying from this stand if they can.
The people running the kiosk also had a "No Refunds" sign, but they didn't place it somewhere where the buyers could clearly see it *before* buying, nor did they ever mention their purchasing policy. They get a one-star review for having deceptive selling practices.

Walked by this shop, guy cleaned my shoe, super nice about it. I get the hassle but after making the buy for $80 and going about my way, I find out you can get the same kit for $49.99 from the retail online store or $44.98 from Amazon. And I was stupid and left a tip.
