I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. They sold me a chain that they told me was gold and within the day it was tarnishing. I took it back for a refund just to be told it was final sale and they would charge me a $10 restock fee for an exchange. The gentleman working there was fine but the woman has a terrible attitude. Don’t shop with here.

I purchased a ring that was supposed to a 10kt white gold ring that was suppose to be 1ct diamond took it to be appraised and was told the ring was silver and that the diamonds were not 1ct took the ring back 2x’s and was told twice to come back. My last visit mall security was called and I was told to make a civil claim. Which I have just paid $97 to do so although I’m out of more money I expect something will be don’t soon

Purchased a ring that was supposed to be a 1ct diamond 10kt white gold ring turns out it was silver and the diamond wasn’t even a 1ct went back to store I was told to come back went back told to come back again eventually got no help and when I refused not to leave until someone helped security was called. Phone number on receipt is disconnected so I couldn’t call to tell them what was wrong
