On Jan. 15. 2017, around 4pm, i went to Rack room shoe store which is located at Wolfchase mall, Memphis ,tn to buy Sketchers brand shoes. Ms. Jo was very very rude and looked too tired. While i was looking for shoes, she was constantly removing the shoes i selected. Eventually i had to tell her, please do not take the shoes away which are by my side as i am still trying to see which one is more comfortable. Later on i decided to buy a pair of shoes i liked, but the size i want was not available on the display shelf so i asked her if she can check back stock. She was so rude and said NOOO i do not have that size and continued talking to the coworker who was standing next to her. I felt ignored so i decided not to buy anything from this store. I went to JC penny, bought same pair of shoes.
