Quick Fix USA - Mentor, Ohio 44060 - 5582 - Great Lakes Mall

Took my daughter's 2ct earrings in to be fixed as the post was broken off from the back. He guaranteed me he can make it look identical to the original. When I wasnt satisfied with the result he offered to keep it for 2 more days to clean it some more. When I picked it up on Saturday and the earring looked the same he told me it was because of the soldering and it was dirty but he cleaned it the best he could. I asked for a refund and he refused!! I took it to another jeweler who told me the diamonds were burnt and were not protected during the soldering process. I Will now pay a lot of money to have it fixed!! Guy behind the counter who stated he was the owner was rude, unprofessional and refused to make this right. The picture does not do it justice as the one earring is really dark, dull and has no shine. The entire back of the earring is yellow with faded spots when its supposed to be white gold. Do not recommend!!
