-1 STAR for this establishment. I was given an appointment time. I arrived on time; however, someone came in and was serviced ahead of me. That was fine with me, I chose a simple cornrow style. While being serviced, I kindly informed the stylist know that the braids were TOO tight. This didn’t seem to be an issue for her although it was very painful for me. I know braids should be well done but they should NEVER be painful or unbearable. Therefore, SO many African American women who wear braids suffer from alopecia. Also, my hair was cut (snipped) and burned. Where do they teach this technique as hair care/maintenance? THIS IS DAMAGE!!! There are many stylists who practice hair care. This place does not offer that courtesy. I will not return.
