Lydia is the reason why I won't go back by ,
I want to be clear I am a return customer because of Dominic and would have continued to be a customer had it not been for my experience with Lydia the manager. I see the negative comments and understand that good customer service comes first and starts at the top, that means management. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lydia on 3 different occasions all of which she said that she would call me back and never did. So I've had to call 4 times to follow up on my question. How are you going to make sure your staff does these very simple tasks, if you can't do it yourself? She also has no customer sense as she would repeatedly talk over me on the phone. I couldn't get out a sentence without her cutting me off, very rude! I won't step foot in here again unless it's to say hi to Dominic. I will be buying my next round of wool suits upstairs next time because of poor treatment from a manager. If I owned this store I'd make a swift decision to remove her as quickly as possible. It's clear she is part of the problem, not the solution.
