Q - Broomfield, Colorado 80021 - FlatIron Crossing

My wife purchased some clothes from the Q store without trying because the fitting room was closed. She asked one of the employees about the refund policy and they told her that they will accept a refund within14 days. Therefore she went ahead and bought it without trying. In the end, items did not work for her so I took them back to the store for a refund and found out that it's a store credit only (for 60 days). You're misleading customers!

Literally the most rude employees ever, treated the customers like s***.I asked for the return policy and they told me I could return whenever and left out it was strictly store credit, and then said “I already told you this” when I was confused that it was store credit.Then went to exchange and charged me more than it should have been (even though the dress price was the same as returned).Do not waste your time on this crappy store.Such a waste.

The manager from the Q store in this location is horrible. She made my trip to the mall miserable. She kept following me around the store and kept starring at me with this mean look on her face. I tried on 5 dresses and I only got one and she got mad because she would have to hang the rest of them! When I was paying I tried to take a quarter out of my wallet and she said “i don’t have time for this”. There was no other customers in the store. Won’t be shopping at Q anymore!!!

I’ve been here numerous times, and all haven’t been great experiences with the employees but this last time was the worst. It’s not all the employees, specifically who I’m guessing are the two owners because they’re always there every time I go in. Every time I go to try something on whenever I come here I always say thank you and every time they just act like they didn’t hear me despite me saying thank you very loud. Not only this but it takes a while to even get a fitting room, I’ve stood there a good three minutes before and they’ve just looked at me and not helped until later. To add onto this, when I am walking around the store, they always stand in the middle of the isles talking, not even putting up clothes, just chatting amongst themselves. This can be very irritating when I want to try and look at something, and when I say things like excuse me they just give me a dirty look and sometimes a look like “why are you even here”, but then again I get that look a lot whenever I go here. These three things are typical of them whenever I go to the store. Today however, was the absolute worst! I walked into the store and immediately I got the look of annoyance from them, and it’s not a resting face look either because you can see the change in their expression, I mean they don’t do it to only me either anyway I’ve seen those two be rude to others too. Today when I tried to go get a fitting room I stood there and of course they just looked at me and kept talking to each other, but the worst part was when the four employees walked over to the desk by the dressing rooms I was waiting at and instead of helping me to a dressing room they all just talked while I stood there. Absolutely terrible customer service. But it didn’t stop there. I went to try on clothes again after that and I had a bra, and the woman told me “you can’t try on bras”, which is understandable, but what isn’t is the fact that the employee right next to the one that told me I couldn’t try it on started laughing when I asked! (these were the two owners I’ve mentioned before, Asian with black hair, one looks Middle Aged one looks 60) It’s not unreasonable for me to want to try something on to see if it fits before buying it and it’s not an odd request considering places like Victoria’s Secret and Aeropostale allow you to try on bras. I’ve never experienced worse customer service and won’t be going back. And after that employee started laughing she didn’t even apologize, in fact after that some other employee Came over and they started talking about it and both laughing, and then of course when I left the store one of the two owners gave me a dirty look which is unsurprising. Overall most the employees, and specifically and especially the two owners of this store are absolutely rude and don’t know how to treat customers. Going there is an uncomfortable experience with the glares, frustrating when you have to wait for a dressing room after they look at and ignore you, and just a fucking terrible experience from the stand of ish and downright rude and unapologetic behavior. It’s really a shame because the clothing there is pretty nice and affordable but the experience I’ve had in the store every. Single. Time. And especially the one from today has finalized my decision to not support this business and the employees.
