Worst Customer Experience!
Took my granddaughter shopping at the Aurora Mall, went in Q Luv on the lower level. Changing rooms unavailable, ended up buying a pair of shorts that she tried on in nearby restroom. Way too small. Went to exchange them and were told we could exchange them but the purchase would then be final, so I told her to refund our money. They don't do that! Can't think EVER having a store with a no refund policy like that! NEVER going back there again!
Rude comments
The store employee/manager made a comment on my wifes weight, the audacity of doing something like that isn't appreciated and we won't be returning.
