Primark - Burlington, Massachusetts MA 01803 - Burlington Mall

I was in your store this past weekend and a very rude employee spoke very disrespectfully to my five-year-old son because his mask has slipped slightly off of his nose. The man had the nerve to tell my five-year-old that he needed to put his mask back on right now or who would be asked to leave the store. Of course was an accident and I had my son put his mask back on but I kid you not I must have seen 10 to 15 adults walked by with their masks purposely pulled down below their nose and the man said nothing to them. When I asked him if he would be saying anything to those people about their masks he walked away to go stand in front of the fitting room. I fully understand masks are required but don't pick and choose who you're going to reprimand for it especially when you're choosing to reprimand a small child.
